Amanda Gant is Small Business Lending Officer at LEDC. She previously worked with the non-profit CRDF Global where she developed and organized startup boot camps and virtual mentorship programs to support technology startup entrepreneurs around the globe. Amanda holds a master’s degree in International Public Policy and a bachelor's degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Most recently, Michelle was the Director of Operations at Cambio Coffee, the first Latino-owned benefit corporation in China. Michelle holds a degree in international relations from McGill University, and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Queensland, Australia.
